The continuation of last post's beach day... my family and I went to an amazing beach house next, (my uncle's friend's, photos 1-6) before heading to the boardwalk for our beach day necessities: Thrasher's fries, Five Guys burgers, ice cream and more. The day was spent with all my little cousins who I love to death, one being sweet Mercy who's in one of the photos.

here we have photos from my time in philly! as you can see from the photos...we were captured by the mosaics found all over South Street and the area. 

then... we heard about 'philly's magic gardens' and knew we had to be there. 
we spent most of the rest of the day wandering around the gardens, taking in the beauty and marveling at every intricate detail. that place is really quite magical. 

but other than that... in philadelphia we shopped, ate (water ice at Rita's and philly cheese-steaks at Jim's, of course) and had a wonderful time.

brandywine river

Continuing on my east coast trip, here we have a lazy canoe ride down the brandywine river on the fourth of July! With my six little cousins in stow we had a wonderful time, it is so gorgeous there.

I hope you get a chance this summer to spend some time out on the water! 
(Ooh- psst! We just so happened to buy a canoe for my papa's birthday last night! So more of this to come!)

Hello from Pennsylvania! (well I'm not there currently, but I was in these photos) 
My family and I spent some time in Lancaster, PA, where we wandered through countless antique stores, enjoyed some home-made ice cream, and saw some of the cutest and most perfect farms and scenery we had ever seen! I just love passing by horse-drawn carriages and seeing little Amish kids, barefoot-straw hat-overall wearing kiddies running through the markets. It really is a charming place.

a quick hello from DE

hello from Wilmington, Delaware! i'm here staying with my family and doing some east coast traveling. i've been through over 6 states in the past week, and have tons of stories and photos but i'm too busy adventuring to go through that now! it will come:)
in the meantime i have shots from a super sweet day with a super cool friend that i'll share in the next couple of days!
i'm off to Philadelphia tomorrow, so goodnight!
